⚠️ End of some Pokémon products on ShinyBall

Why have some products disappeared?

Since our launch, we've always been committed to bringing you Pokémon-inspired accessories designed for fans. However, even though our products were unofficial and marked as such, some used characters protected by copyright of The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) .

We were contacted in June 2025 by their official representatives (via BrandShield), asking us to immediately remove several product sheets deemed non-compliant.

Which products are affected?

Here are some of the items removed from sale:

• Crystal LED Pokéball
• 3D Night Lights (Pikachu, Gengar, Charizard, Mewtwo...)
• Pokémon 400-card binders
• Unofficial Plush Toys
• Pencil cases and backpacks with characters
• Pokémon LED Lightbox

👉 These products are no longer available and will not be coming back online.

Why this decision?

Even though we clearly state that our products are not official , the law prohibits any commercial use of protected elements such as:

• Pokémon characters (Pikachu, Eevee, Charizard, etc.)
• Logos, names or visuals directly linked to the license
• Any representation that could create confusion with official products

Out of respect for the law and to protect our store , we immediately removed the items in question.

Don't worry 🧡 We are already working on a new range of geek, gaming and retro accessories that are 100% original and 0% dispute-free , while remaining in the universe you love.
